A certified life coach with the sole purpose of inspiring self-care among all women, that’s me, Vijayaa.
A lot like the woman reading this, even I have donned infinite roles in life, varying from being a daughter, a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter in law and even a friend.
Yet, the most intriguing and challenging role till date has been that of a woman.
And so, I decided to don yet another character to make the role of being a woman an aspiring and inspiring one.
Having been through the challenges of womanhood and finding an identity, it was imperative to me to help other women seek what they haven’t found yet. A voice, an identity, the respect and moreover the courage to be your true self.
